Teaching Practice Partnership Model in Pre-Service Teacher Education

Glavni intelektualni dosežek projekta bo model INSHIP, ki bo v obliki štirih osnovnih elementov, ki pokrivajo izobraževalna načela strateškega komplementarnega partnerskega sodelovanja, poklicne socializacije, kompetenc TP učencev in učiteljev kakovosti TP s svojimi lastni inovativni razvit sistem ocenjevanja. 

Projekt sledi štirim glavnim ciljem:

• zagotavljanje ustreznih izobraževalnih priložnosti za učitelje učencev v okviru učne prakse (model INSHIP);
• izboljšanje strokovnih kompetenc akademskega osebja (tečaj INSHIP);
• operacionalizacija orodij in smernic za izvajanje pedagoške prakse;
• razvoj mreže za strokovno učenje v pedagoški praksi.

The main intellectual achievement of the project will be the INSHIP-model, which will take the form of four basic elements covering the educational principles of strategic complementary partnership collaboration, professional socialization, the student teachers TP competencies, and quality indicators for TP, with its own innovative developed evaluation system.

The project follows four main
objectives:

Provision of appropriate
educational opportunities for student teachers in the course of teaching
practice (INSHIP-model).

Enhancement of the professional
competencies of academic staff (INSHIP-course).

Operationalization of tools and
guidance materials for implementation of teaching practice.

Development of Professional
Learning Network in teaching practice.
