Socialni kapital je zelo kompleksen
koncept. V literaturi še ni soglasja in natančne definicije tega pojma, vendar
oblikovanje tega raziskovalnega instrumenta so ugotovitve Shenglan Huang &
rastoče, zelo fleksibilne, visoko internacionalizirane EU univerze (UP) in

Social capital is a very complex
concept. There is still no agreement and precise definition of this concept in
the literature, but everyone basically agrees that it is capital that shapes
the efficiency of social relations (networks). Organizational social capital,
that is, social relations provide or can provide the availability of resources
(current and potential) that the community/individual possesses (or can
possess), and which have a direct effect on the results that the community
achieves. Due to the complexity of the concept, researchers still do not agree
on how to measure the development of social capital, and especially how to
measure the presence and development of certain types of social capital.
Precisely because of this, the focus of this project is on the formation of a
research instrument that will be used in the study to measure the level and
types of social capital in two institutions, namely at the University of
Sarajevo (UNSA) and University of Primorska (UP). The basis for the formation
of this research instrument is the findings of Shenglan Huang & Zhi Chen
(2017), who formed scales to measure the presence of three types of social
capital in companies. Of course, the involved researchers will adapt and
improve this instrument, and test the validity of the newly formed instrument,
which will be a direct and highly measurable contribution to theory in this
area. It is very important to point out that in the process of creating the
instrument, as well as assessing its validity, the experiences of the growing,
very flexible, highly internationalized EU University (UP) and UNSA, a larger
traditional university that is in the process of organizational transformation,
which is the most radical of its establishment. Therefore, these results will
be very useful for creating various general, but also very specific
recommendations
