Projektna vsebina je
določena s prioritetami MKGP v okviru enega od štirih težišč CRP »Zagotovimo.si
hrano za jutri«, in sicer težišča 4: »Razvoj podeželja«. V okviru tega je
razpisan tematski sklop 4.2. »Razvoj turizma na podeželju« z naslovno temo
projekta 4.2.1. »
Možnosti
nadaljnjega razvoja vinskega in gastronomskega turizma na kmetijah«.

Projekt predvideva
pet svežnjev
aktivnosti, in
sicer: 1)
analizo tržnega potenciala vinskega in gastronomskega
turizma na turističnih kmetijah, 2) identifikacijo potreb nosilcev kmetijskih
dejavnosti za učinkovitejši prodor na turistični trg, 3) identifikacijo dobrih
praks na področju vinskega in gastronomskega turizma v Sloveniji in izbranih
evropskih državah, 4) predlog ukrepov za MKGP za skladnejši razvoj podeželja,
usmerjenega v vinski in gastronomski turizem in 5) izobraževanje, usposabljanje
in širjenje rezultatov projekta.

Projekt bo povezoval tri
univerze (poleg UP še UL in UM), v okviru UP bosta poleg Turistice vključeni še
UP FM, UP FAMNIT in CGKV UP. UP FTŠ TURISTICA bo vodilni partner, bolj ali manj
aktivna v vseh fazah oz. predvidenih svežnjih aktivnosti.

EN:
The project content is defined by the priorities of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food (MKGP) within one of the four focus areas of the CRP “Securing Food for Tomorrow” (CRP “Zagotovimo.si hrano za jutri”)—specifically, Focus Area 4: “Rural Development.”
Within this framework, Thematic Cluster 4.2, “Rural Tourism Development,” has been established, featuring Project Topic 4.2.1: “Opportunities for the Further Development of Wine and Gastronomic Tourism on Farms.”

The project comprises five activity packages: 1) an analysis of the market potential for wine and gastronomic tourism on tourist farms; 2) the identification of needs among farm operators for more effective market penetration; 3) the identification of best practices in wine and gastronomic tourism in Slovenia and selected European countries; 4) a proposal of measures for the MKGP to foster more balanced rural development focused on wine and gastronomic tourism; and 5) education, training, and the dissemination of project results.

The project will bring together three universities (the University of Primorska [UP], the University of Ljubljana [UL], and the University of Maribor [UM]); within UP, the Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica will be joined by the Faculty of Management (UP FM), the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies (UP FAMNIT), and the Centre for Humanities (CGKV UP). UP FTŠ Turistica will serve as the lead partner, playing an active role across all phases and planned activity packages.
