Opis
Description
SLO:

Namen raziskave je med analiziranimi nakupnimi dejavniki identificirati tistega, ki ima statistično značilno največji vpliv na odločitev potrošnikov za nakup probiotičnih mlečnih proizvodov. V raziskavo vključeni državi bosta Slovenija in Združene države Amerike (ZDA) in potrošniki v omenjenih državah.

Osrednji prispevek projekta v zakladnico znanj bo predstavljala empirična analiza, ki bo razkrila možnost prenosa teoretičnih in empiričnih ugotovitev v prakso, in sicer v živilsko-predelovalno industrijo. Spoznanja obravnavanega področja bodo zaokrožena z oblikovanjem splošno sprejemljivega modela nakupnega vedenja potrošnikov za proučevanje in merjenje povezav med izbranimi dejavniki in nakupno odločitvijo potrošnikov in tako pripomogli k razvoju družbenih spoznanj ter ozaveščanju potrošnikov do probiotičnih mlečnih proizvodov v obeh državah (Slovenija in ZDA).

EN:
The aim of the research is to identify, from among the analyzed purchasing factors, the one that has the greatest statistically significant impact on consumers’ decisions to purchase probiotic dairy products. The study will focus on Slovenia and the United States (USA) and the consumers within these countries.
The project’s key contribution to the body of knowledge will be an empirical analysis demonstrating how theoretical and empirical findings can be applied in practice—specifically within the food processing industry. Insights gained in this field will be consolidated through the development of a generally accepted model of consumer purchasing behavior designed to examine and measure the relationships between selected factors and purchasing decisions; this will, in turn, foster greater social understanding and raise consumer awareness regarding probiotic dairy products in both Slovenia and the USA.

The project is funded by the Slovenian Research Agency (ARRS) in the amount of EUR 3,000.00.
