Description
SLO:

Cilji

  • analiza pomena gradnje cene kmetijskih in živilskih proizvodov v verigi preskrbe s hrano od primarnega proizvajalca do končnega potrošnika;

  • pregled dobrih že delujočih praks gradnje cene v državah EU;

  • izdelava teoretičnega modela gradnje cene, ki bo imel aplikativno uporabo;

  • testiranje modela za gradnjo cene na podlagi razpoložljivih podatkov za posamezne verige preskrbe s hrano;

  • predstavitev rezultatov na kvantitativni in kvalitativni način po posameznih verigah preskrbe s hrano.

Projekt Izgradnja teoretičnega modela za gradnjo cene
kmetijskih in živilskih proizvodov v verigah preskrbe s hrano v Sloveniji  št. V4-2206 sofinancirata Javna agencija za
znanstvenoraziskovalno in inovacijsko dejavnost Republike Slovenije (ARIS) in Ministrstvo
za kmetijstvo, gozdarstvo in prehrano iz državnega proračuna v višini 120.00,00
EUR.

EN:
With this project, we aim to bridge the research gap and, if possible, make progress in addressing the shortcomings of existing food price monitoring tools. A preliminary literature review revealed no significant developments in this area; therefore, this issue is justifiably identified as a research challenge.
Objectives:
– analyzing the process of price formation for agricultural and food products along the food supply chain, from primary producer to final consumer;
– reviewing established best practices for price formation in EU countries;
– developing a theoretical model for price formation with practical application;
– testing the price formation model using available data for specific food supply chains;
– presenting the results—both quantitatively and qualitatively—for each food supply chain.

The project “Construction of a theoretical model for the formation of the price of agricultural products in food supply chains in Slovenia” (No. V4-2206) is co-financed by the Slovenian Research and Innovation Agency (ARIS) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food from the state budget, with funding totaling €120,000.00.
